    relocated in 1635 in Danzig. According to Horst Gerson, the paintings he made in Danzig are more free and airy then the ones he made in Cologne (Gerson 1942/1983, p. 501, note 2). In 1650 he complained about poor eyesight and had to stop painting (Tylicki 1994).
