    1928-1967; bekleedde gedurende deze periode verschillende bestuursfuncties. In 1934 werd in Parijs de Chambre Internationale des Experts d'Art opgericht; Hoogendijk werd toen benoemd tot consulent voor Nederland. In 1951 werd hij voorzitter van de Stichting Oude Kunst- en Antiekbeurs die vanaf 1949 de beurs in Delft organiseerde (Heijbroek/van Griensven 2007).
