    Zadkine buys a house in Les Arques (Lot) in 1934, where he works in the summer. The Zadkine Museum is now located in this studio.

    Fled to New York in 1941 and stayed there during WWII, he had an atelier in Charles Street; gave sculpture lessons to the Art Students League of New York.
  • Parijs 1946 - 1967
    He opened in Paris The Ossip Zadkine Studio of Modern Sculpture and Drawing on the Rue Notre-Dame-des-Champs, especially aimed at American students. In 1947 he again took his studio on Rue d'Assas and taught at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière.
