    married here in 1653; sold his house in the Reestraat to Johannes Lingelbach, 18 September 1662 (Obreen 1882-1883). It has long been preseumed that Jan Blom visited Italy, but he probably never set foot in Italy. Many of his paintings contain classical elements that are drawn from 17th-century prints after the antique (see Riccomini 2018).
