    He was a citizen of Amsterdam; acquired several patents for technical and artistic inventions.
  • Eskilstuna 1620 - 1621
    Kasper Panten worked the first years in Sweden for Duke Karl Filip, as leader of all the building projcts in his principality. The main project was the fourth wing of Eskisltuna palace, for which he called in craftsmen from Holland.
  • Stockholm 1622 - 1623
    After the death of Duke Karl Filip Panten entered the service of King Gustav II Adolf, as 'architect and master builder, not only on Stockholm Castle but anywhere the King is pleased to send him'. He also became instructor of young professionals in his metier. In 1622 he designed a new stable near Norrmalmstorg, but the realization of this project was not started until 1627. Other projects are the told office, told houses and told gates around Stockholm as well as a racecourse.

    Architect-in-chief of the renovation of Vibyholm Castle for Queen-Dowager Kristina, who passed away before the project was finalized. It is seen as his principal work in Sweden.

    In 1624 the king asked Panten to design and construct a new wing voor Stockholm Castle
  • Noordelijke Nederlanden (historische regio) 1624
    In 1624 the king sent Panten to the Dutch Republic to engage craftsmen, artists and their families. He also has to buy tools and instruments. Later that year, 42 persons travelled to Sweden.

    In 1624 Panten repaired en decorated the two town gates on Helgeandsholmen in Stockholm.
  • Svartsjö (Färingsö) 1625
    c. 1625 Panted did restoration work on Svartsjö Castle; also designs for work on Uppsala Castle.
  • Stockholm 1626 - 1627
    Realisation of the Bollhus on Slottsbacken (a huge hall for ball games, later changed into a theatre); renovation of the southern parts of Stockholm Castle, including the rooms for the queen. Dutch artists and craftsmen assisted Panten in realizing this project. Panten made the designs for the interiors of the queen's rooms, the church and other locations in the castle. In 1627 drawings of Panten were seen as works of art and were framed behin glass and hung up in the castle.
