Andrzej Leszczyński was starost (drost) of Nakło and voivode of Brześć; on the basis of his name, data and title he is probably the 'poolsche graef Andreas Lescinski, graef van Leschno gheheeten', mentioned by Karel van Mander, who owned a few tronies by Cornelis Ketel who painted them with his foot.(Gerson 1942/1983, p. 499)
