    lived as a painter in "de Achtergracht" with his father. Married in 1639 to Aeltge Adamsdr Treyrniet orignally from Nijmegen and lived on the Middelweg. In 1642 he lived on the Middelweg near the Coppenhinxsteeg, from which a child was buried in 1645. In 1651 he purchased a house on the north side of the Coppenhinxsteeg which is listed as his residence in all sources from that point on (Fock/Ekkart 1986).
